Would anyone like to join me on an alcohol free Marvellous March? I managed it last year and it's a great start to spring. Just recently my drinking has started to escalate again :upset: and I know I need to take steps to gain control.

Spring Training

Thanks for asking Blue Sky ! Count me in too ! I was planning on doing the same thing. Spring training as I call it. I want to run a 5K race in April with no poison in my system for over a month.

I really like the sound of "Marvellous March". Kiss the winter, the snow, the cold, and AL goodbye !!

Marvelous March !! wow, I really like that...cuz February sure started out F-d up...well at least I started on the 17th...but glad that month is over...looking forward to making it a AL FREE
