    Hi everyone!

    Quick check in today as I'm at the office and busy busy busy!

    Made it through the weekend without a proble - day 23 here now.

    How did you guys make out?

    Of course we are happy people here in Canada after the hockey game, it's a very proud environment here - it's pretty cool actually.

    Hi Uni, congrats on the 23 days and well done Canada. Beautiful spring day today, it really feels like a new beginning. Made a start on the garden clean up, when its nice you feel like being outside. Taking my supplements and absolutely no cravings, even over the week-end which I usually find hard as hubby has wine open. Long may it last.
