Hi lady. :welcome: I can highly recommend the starter kit including the hypno CD's. I used everything the My Way Out book recommends EXCEPT prescription drugs. I have modified my plan over time to include what I have found works best for me. But good nutrition and appropriate supplements is still part of it! And exercise!
