    should i be so hard on myself?

    hey guys. i'm trying to moderate my drinking since i'm done with college and want to grow up and not party as much. i've been doing great this past month! (or so i personally think) I got engaged last friday :-). anyways..this week, i think its because my tolerance has lowered so much, I stayed after work and had a few drinks with my co-workers last night and i ended up getting really drunk! i only had 4 drinks! but today I am kicking myself because i've been doing so well. (if i would go out i'd have at MAX 2 small drinks) I'm not hungover today because I made sure to eat and drink lots of water before bed but is this normal? to have setbacks like this and still moderate? what goals should I set when I go out so i don't over do it since now my tolerance is not what it use to be?
