Hi TXgal,
I found that reading lots of posts, especially people's stories and the posts in the long term abstinence section to be very helpful. It shows you that there are as many circumstances as there are people but all have experienced difficulty stopping. You will see that you can stop and build a new life, believe and trust in yourself, if others can do this then so can you.
So read, decide what you want, and see what others have done that works and then do that.
Best of luck.I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you.

Hi Txgal,
Welcome! You have found that place that can help you with your journey. There is alot of good advice here and the support is terrific because we have all been in the depths of despair to one degree or another. Start by treating yourself kindly, get the supps, read the material, read the post, ask questions. By doing this you are learning how to combat those danger periods. How far are you af?
Good luck and stay in touch!Liquid MISERY guaranteed to distroy.
