    How much Toprimate to start??

    Hi -
    I don't want to go to my doctor for my Toprimate perscription and just order it online. How many mgs should I start with?

    order the MWO book....it's spelled out there....I have ordered mine but it has not arrived yet.....let me look at my copy.....week 1 - 25 mg per day, week 2 - 50 mg per day, week 325 mg in the am and 50 mg in the afternoon....and on from there

      How much Toprimate to start??

      Luv - definitely order the 25mg doses - anything higher may be too much. You want to ramp up slowly. I'm doing what Mama Bear suggests, which is following the dosage outlined in the book. You can download it online for around $12. I'd do that & then order the drug online. It took about 10 days for mine to arrive. What I did was start to take the herbal supplements the week before I started the drug & began to taper off on the drinking then. When the drug arrived I started taking it & stopped drinking altogether. This is day 11 for me with no alcohol. Not bad. Feel free to PM me if you want.

        I called todayand my Topa is sitting in customs in New York!Can u believe it? Should be here next week. AS much as I have been slipping and sliding, I hope it works. Have you had any side effects yet?
        11 days......BRAVO!!!!

          How much Toprimate to start??

          Once it's in customs you should receive it pretty quickly. I had some achy muscles the first couple of days - felt a little wierd, but it wasn't too bad. This week, I feel better on it - body is getting used to it. Sometimes when I type too fast I transpose letters, but that could just be me, not the drug! ha!

          I take it later in the afternoon when I have less driving - sharp thinking to do, etc. Usually around 3p. I think by next week, timing may not matter as much as I'm feeling much more normal on it. It will help you a lot I think MB. Yeah - 11 - can you believe it? I am astounded! Very happy & I feel good.

            I have a horrible headache!

            Hello everyone,
            I hope everyone is doing well. Me, Not too good. I have not been able to accomplish anything. I'm really disappointed in myself. I've been looking forward to spending time with my grandmother today but I have a horrible headache from the wine last night. I need a plan. Anyway, I just bought the L-Glum... and was wondering if anyone has tried this or should I go out and get Toprimate instead. Please let me know. I am desperate.

              How much Toprimate to start??

              The MWO book suggests taking 25 mg at night for the first week. You can also take grapeseed extract, selnium, biotin, CoQ10, and Melatonin to help with the side effects of the Topa. It's all outlined in the MWO book.
              You can be who others think you should or who you were called to be. The difference is that who you were called to be is the real you.

                I highly recommend reading the book 'My Way Out' before beginning the Topa program
