Thanks to all of you - the vibes are coming thru. Day 11 and for the first time in 11 days, tonight - I sat in a bar/restaurant (I travel a lot for my job) with co-workers and I honestly did not think twice about poor pitiful me not allowing myself to have a drink.
Stupid memory of the day - on a cruise with customers for a sales incentive program and I drink way too much wine at dinner. End up in casino on cruise ship and remember seeing some many of these people and I am way too drunk and stupid. Next day a co-workers says to me "boy you were wasted last night."Comment

My 'stupid memory of the day' - just started a new job couple of years ago, first time working in 20 years went to the Christmas party, thought I was grand until when I decided I was going home the cleaner who was sitting beside me said she would call me a taxi cos I was in a bit of a state!! Mortified! Didn't stop me drinking for 2 years!
