Slept in a little more than usual (usually hang over is reason, not today!), kissed my awesome dog and tried to pet my grumpy cat and went to work in a good mood.

You know what's good MB - a little Gatorade with carbonated fruit flavored water (like a cocktail) in a big wine glass with a slice of citrus! Just fab! I have it all the time - it also cuts the sugar & calories in the gatorade - I do mostly fizzy water & a 'splash' of gatorade - no more that about 25%. Try it!
