i am just starting this program and am confused. do you have to abstain while you are starting out?? it is really hard for me. i started taking the topamax 3 days ago, but my cravings are still there, and i started taking the supplements today, any suggestions?

I never have. Used to drink about a bottle of wine a night. I am now up to 175mg of topa. I usually have 1 or 2 glasses of wine a night.

It Is recomended that you do 30 days abs to start. It is hard but doable. Come down to Monthly Abstinance and check in. you'll find abs support there.
