Welcome to MWO, this is a good place!
If you haven't already, download & read the MWO book from the Health Store above for about $12. It has lots of useful info about the program. You'll need to make a plan for yourself, look in the Tool box (located in the Monthly Abstinence section) for good ideas!

The program works but you have to do the work.
It worked for me, it will work for you
