    A great place to start is in the Newbies Nest. The link to that, and the toolbox, which is full of ideas for successfully getting off alcohol, are given below.

    Read back several pages in the nest and you'll get to know the people who are actively posting -- there are people at all stages of the game who are ready and willing to support one another.

        Hi, Tink. Were you able to follow that link to the Newbies Nest? It should be active if you click on it. That thread generally is fairly busy so your odds of getting a quick response are better.
