    Can't get passed the 4AF day!!

    Hey Panno.

    Don't stress about it. It happens so easily. i could have had a drink last night easily if I could (Antabuse). Had an argument with my mother who's here for a holiday. and hey I could have done with a beer (or ten). Good thing is hopefully the Day 4 hurdle is out of your way this time. You know that you can do it. Just always be prepared and on lookout! You can do it!!

    The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.
