Right,think i need some supplements but need ones that you can take if you have a damaged liver as im not sure what state mines in and really havnt got the energy or inclination to go back to the docs at this present time.Im going to get some milk thistle which i know is ok but not sure about the other stuff.Any input would be greatly appreciated
