well anather friday and saturday sown with no AL and feelin pretty good about it. this now makes 11 days sober. probably my longest stretch in over 3 years. just wanted to let everyone know I'm still doin ok cuz I aint been postin. had my kids for a few days and they keep me busy. hope everyone else had a AF weekend. later.

Yes Pat Your doing great, i have 33 days today and the weekend was very nice.I haven't had any urger's to drink,I know for me in the past after 2 wk's i would drink again, and got the same pain.I MUST remember the pain to remain sober...I have tried everything just drinking on the weekends different al drinks etc,etc etc,I don't want this toxic poison in me any more!!!
