Hi everyone
Im not doing too well on my own and after reading numerous posts about Baclofen, ive ordered some. To be honest im not feeling too motivated and I guess my next lot of motivation will follow an "event", one in which I do something really embarressing and then spend the next week feeling full of guilt and shame. I think being on here is helping me moderate my intake but I know that next binge is just round the corner. Anyway, I would like to hear from anyone who can advise me on a plan, (not sure what a "plan" is but keep hearing it mentioned!). Also, would love to hear from someone who can tell me what I should be doing with the baclofen and what I can expect, good and bad. Just want to say as well that the support and kindness on here is just incredible, I feel like I am no longer alone and that people here accept and understand each other regardless, its wonderful, thankyou all x:thanks:
