              you can do it!

I honestly never thought I was a problem drinker either, but then I became so embarrassed about how I would act when I'm drunk I started burning bridges with friends.

If you think you can, YOU CAN.

This place is great also, you learn a lot and realize your not alone, young or old.

Lonelygal, WELCOME! This is an awewsome place to be! When I came here 2 months ago, I never dreamed of all the wonderful friends I would make, the encouragement and love of so many others all striving for the same thing, to get and stay sober. Please visit the posts: "Start here" by Rubywillow and "You can do it!" by me. Don't be afraid to post your feelings, difficulties, cravings, whatever. c: We are all here to help you. The only way I got off alcohol was to stay on the site and read and post every feeling I had. So welcome! We are so happy to have you! :groupluv: Vicki

but I'm sure not who I used to be!
