hey everyone, day 7 and going strong. my last time drinking really was aweful and provided some willingness and surrender that i hope continues. meeting with sponsor a few times a week to read big book and start steps. step 3 is coming this week...going forward. Jb

Hey Beanzy, good job mate. Congrats on the days. You made it through a weekend! Keep up the great work, the urges will get strong at times during week two. You can "surf" the urges like waves, and get through them. They will come, rise, and fade away. For me, knowing that they will come, and that I can ride them, helps them go away and not be as severe.
