    Ready to do 30 days?

    I couldnt help but notice, alot of us are struggling right now. I personally, had my worst week in 2 months. I drank 3 times, 2 times drunk.

    I DO NOT want to slip back into old patterns! Its time to put a stop to it NOW.

    I got my 30 days sober February 23 to March 23. Then I slipped up. I had some sober weeks in April, but I see my old patterns popping right back up.

    So, everyone who is slipping, its time to dust yourself off, pick yourself up, and get right back on board! We all know it can be done.

    Im ready for another 30 days, come on along and join me!!!

    I'll join you OverIt....today will be day 1 for me, if I can get through today, then hopefully I will be able to get through tomorrow. I am not physically addicted to AL, but once I have one drink I just need to go on and on...NOT GOOD!!!
    So here's to the next 30 days.
    I want to live life sober....not die a drunk

      yeah go for it overit.. iwas with you on your first 30 and you were doing really well. you know you can do it and you know you really want it. im still AF and it is getting better all the time. GO GO GO!!!
      Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

        I am so there overit!! I am ready and willing for this challenge.. ive had enough. I want to change sooo badly; im sick of the remorse/guilt and physical symptoms of hangover..
        Today is Day 2 for me today..

              Im there, after Saturdays little venture im going to try longer but keeping in mind day by day.

                  Wow, I am so impressed by all the replays! Awesome!

                  I think what I learned this week is that old habits and patterns are really easy to pop back up again, if you stop working on yourself and your sobriety.

                  I know that life is so much better AF. It not a perfect life by far, but its so much better than a drinking life.

                  Im going to try to have an AF week, and going to give it my best shot at a month. Gonna really try my best.

                    OverIt, thanks for starting this thread. I am so ready to do 30 days. So let's not try for 30 days, let's just do it !! Enough of this insanity !! Count me in !!
