Ok brothers and sisters. I will give it my best. I am going to use the drink counter feature for added accountability.

          Ready to do 30 days?

          Ringing Cedars,

I did 30 days recently. It was the first time in my drinking life I had ever done that. I could not believe it was possible, but the days kept adding up. Once you get the ball rolling so to speak, it does indeed get easier! You can do it!

            Hi OverIt,

Where is that drink counter feature? I know I've seen it, but can't find it right now.
I posted a bit of my story in the newbies nest if you'd like to learn a bit more about me.
            Thanks for the encouragement. Awesome!

Am on day 7 AF today so would love to join the 30 day club!! I'm on a mission of AF for good, moderation does not work for me.

Good on you daybyday.. moderation doesn't work for me either.. the moment i start to feel "safe".. il have a couple.. but then a few days later i will binge.. telling myself I dont drink is the only way to beat this thing and stay out of trouble..
