Just a reminder to everyone to please leave their twigs, seat belts and velcro in the Nest. (We want to avoid too much flotsam and jetsam.) I suggest everyone return to the Nest each night for a good sleep, and make sure to have a good breakfast - compliments of Nora - in the morning, before congregating poolside for the next day of the challenge.
OverIt - where are you? I've got your water wings here...
And I hope that Lav will agree to act as Lifeguard here at the Pool, just as she watches over us at the Nest...CocoComment

Im also doing a double challenge. I have been dieting as well for about two months. Doing quite well actually!
At the end of 30 days, I would LOVE to be in a bikini diving in too!!! Not one of those thong types, but more of a Mom conservative type bikini
