LB - don't beat yourself up.. hang in there, keep coming here.. delay is a great tactic.. take one day or one hour at a time.. tell youself you can have a drink later, but not right now.. we're here for you!

finally got my courage to put up my pic. With green chlorine hair, no makeup and wrinkly skin to prove you I just got out the "OOL".
Grandma style swim suit......and 10 000 towels wraped around me...., sorry KTAB
