Hello water babes and babettes!

Back from shopping (Oh God, what torture) and lunch with both my kids.. the boy wanted to see his big sis and decided to come. Was VERY nice - chinese restaurant and Dairy Queen for dessert (I'm good for 3 days now - no more food required). Boy there's no hiding my daughter's pregnancy now - biggggg belly! But peanut wouldn't kick for granny :upset: What a stinker :H

I'm glad we're all still paddling away here! Nora, hope your day was a better one, and Overit - new month, new opportunity! Yay!

I had a MISERABLE day yesterday. Partially because THAT time of the month, but also because for some reason I WANTED a putter/cleaning day with glass in hand. And couldn't. I almost ran out around 5pm to the 'Hardware Store' - yes, I would have indeed gone there, and stopped at the 'Grocery Store' after. Which, incidentally, also houses the liquor store.

However, I logged on here and mostly read (really didn't feel like posting) and got over it. Whew. Today is much better Thank you all - making a commitment like this really helps me!

Ok, I'm pooped and those 2 Tylenol One are hitting me now. I think I'll veg for while. Have a great 'dry' night, everyone! Oh... and Ringing... SHAKE that bootie, girl! :happy:

Sunni - this commitment is helping me too! - just the really wanting to do the 30 days has kept me away from going to any bottleshops/liquor stores so far when feeling weak.. lets do this! well done for coming on here instead.. ive done that a fair bit myself these past 2 days..
Overit - thank you for feeling honoured! LOL! I dont think many got to see it before I had my "anxiety attack" and took it down again..

Morning Everyone. Quick java poolside and going on a road trip to the city--hour and a half drive from this small town. I feel like rewarding myself a little with some new jeans--actually old as I love to shop in Value Village. Huge selection, broken in and pre-washed to take out all the chemicals in the fabric. I'm not too proud to recycle and then there's the good feeling giving back again. a bit of the butterfly affect.
Katie I hope your date was delightful. You are doing so great!
Mama, Hippy and OverIt you ladies are earlier birds. Not here even since junior high. Different internal time clock I guess.
Dizi welcome to the pool challenge. And thanks for your brutally honest self reflections. Kudos to you.
I have asked that skinny dipping takes place at night as I really am kinda bashful. but hey majority rules. Don't forget the jacuzzi and newly installed sauna too. KT has made it a steam sauna which I do prefer. Great way to detox.
KT don't want you melting away so where whatever ya like. Stay strong friend.
