Diz, Hang in there, detox took about 5 days for me and I felt like I had a real bad case of the flu, ached everywhere. Since the alcohol battle takes place in the mind, you seem to be strong mentally and have made the decision, so hang in there, I promise you'll feel better!

Good to see you here godschild! I still can't get into chat. Do you have to be a subscriber? As to my ultimate goal with al? I want to be able to enjoy a bottle of wine on occasion whenever or whatever that occasion may be. Four years ago I could do that without repercussion. I don't want to feel I have to "plan" drinking times. I like to go with the flow, but don't want to overflow, if that makes sense.

Hey K9 -- wondered where you were with that pool boy Excellent on the 35 days! The thought of dating scares me too. I figure it takes at least two years to really get to know someone.
