No way am I jumping in today its freezing, blowing a gale and raining!! So I will sit inside with a nice cafe late (not skinny!!) and have a good old chat with everyone......

hi everyone. Hope you're all doing well. Well today is the start of day seven.
Yesterday i had a fight with my wife. i stormed out the house and headed straight to the pub. but i did not go to the pub, cause on my way there i began thinking about what i was doing and i turned around, went back home and sorted things out with my wife. I was so proud of myself. I really do feel some different kinda strength in me since joining this site.
So i'm one week clean exactly and i'm planning on doing a lot more to help keep my mind out of the gutter.

Jumping into the lovely heated pool. Good job KT. 15 laps today. Thanks to MWO and friends. Still had several cries yesterday but didn't drown my sorrows. I am dealing with emotional stuff and moving on as that is all I can do with the situation.

Anyhoo, KT I think I deserve the full monty massage today. Are you up for it? Gonna piss Oney and Stirly off(in a friendly way of course) but hey they can always come over and get in line with the rest of us. Oh and I am so disappointed to learn...YOU HAVE A WIFE!

Have a grand day in the pool everyone! It is cool but the sun is bright and warm and we have a heated pool now! NO EXCUSES EH.
