    It worked. I'm all done swimming and am safely in bed. Yes - it's only 7:00 here but that's ok. I'm beat.

                  Finally getting in for my 17, yes 17 laps! Then going home to watch The Full Monty again. Endearing movie KT. Funny, sad, compassionate and music that makes ya wanna dance! Thanks for the suggestion. Have to turn it up a little louder this time to catch all the British lingo though.

                      Hi Coco, bet you are far from old and cranky. Limbering up here for a quick few laps before I go back to work.
                      Nora you are right, it is a learning curve and swimming is good.
                      RC glad you enjoyed the film, I love the scene in the dole office queue where they cant help dancing.
                      Hi GG. Lots of space in the pool now I see folks.
                      Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                                I forgot to CALL out for help yesterday. AAARRRGGGGHHHHH. But, I'm back in the pool today. Ok - I didn't forget. I just didn't do it. Stupid on my part. But, I'm back to swimming & hiking and I AM GOING TO DO 30 days!!!
