I'm partial to Ethiopian Yergacheffe KT, but appreciate Sumatra too. I grind a bag at a time. I am fortunate to have these coffees in my shop. The company fresh roasts at the time of order and then zip locks in bags. Love the smell of coffee in the morning. Funny I told someone just yesterday morning that it was great having a coffee simply for the pleasure of it and not needing it to get my ass in gear after a "late night". Then I blew it last night and NEEDED it this morning...

Yeah its violent and mad. Plus they speak in their own language. I remember reading the book and I had to keep flipping to the back to see what the words meant. things like horrorshow-good, dvotska-girl, miloko plus-milk with booze or something in it. It goes on and on.Sober since 4/8/10 -OVER 150 DAYS AND GOING AF!!!!
