I can't believe it
Tomorrow will be a full week that I will have been AF. This is the longest I have gone since last year when I was on antibiotics. I even went out to dinner tonight with my classmates to celebrate the end of the semester and everyone ordered alcoholic beverages and I had a VIRGIN I'll say it again a VIRGIN strawberry daquiri. I also went to the Dr today and told her I wanted to go back on my welbutrin so im gonna start that tomorrow. I feel so good. I know it's only been a week (tomorrow) but im proud of myself for abstaining for this long. Im glad I decided to come out the shadows on this boardTags: None

Hi Myspryss,
Well done on 7 days! You sound very positive, and looks like you are taking control and responsibility. One thing though, if you are concerned about the fight party being too much pressure, don't feel pressured into going. I think a lot of us on MWO accepted that we had to alter our socialising patterns, especially in the early days of being AF. But there again you may enjoy the challenge, and come away with the buzz of achieving an entertaining AF evening, which I still love! Whatever you decide I wish you strength.
Take Care,

Hey Msp, awesome job on your one week. You should be very proud indeed. And, high five, for going out and having that virgin drink. Keep adding those days up, one at a time. The urges to drink will keep coming, expect them, they don't last too too long, and they go away. If you have a tough time at night, don't forget about the live chat here, it is supportive and fun, and a great place to get ideas and thoughts and advice.
