Right, in 2010 I reckon I've saved 30 euro a day on average - 120 days sober = 3,600 euros and its only May!!!!!Woooooooow

Here are my new numbers. 14 weeks sober, I estimate 650 drinks that I have not drank, and it would cost at a conservative estimate, $ 750 here in Canada. Keep on saving that cash everyone!

I have been free for 11 days, that's 16 bottles of wine at approximately ?125.00 in total saved. Break that down even further and I have missed out on 96 glasses of wine, (in only 11 days?! SHOCKING HABIT!!!)

Hopingfor the Best - You are right. It is very expensive to drink in Canada. Try tourist towns in BC!!!! Yikes.
It costs me $15.00 for 6 cans and that's not even the fancy beer!

Okay mine - Being a Canadian I truly love my beer and nothing else really.
6 pack 4 times a week (average) x 1/2 weeks so far = $150.00

Everyone else great posts. Kind of gross when you think of all the booze that has gone through our poor livers and all other organs. sorry body!

And think of all those empties to the re-cycle. I hate going through all that. It really disgusts me when you see it all piled up after a few months of drinking. Very shocking.

Hmm just did a quick calculation - AF since 1 May and just under a bottle wine a night - I reckon I've saved about $450 at least. However, it's my wedding anniversary today and so have bought myself a little 'present' for my 30 day AF Birthday LOL!!
