Thanks everyone, I found myself (my messages) by looking on page 2! As soon as I got up this morning I went straight onto the forum and it's just so good for me to find you all there. What an amazing tool this is. Day 8 AF for me today. Around dinner time is still really hard. Probably always will be, but there is something about that feeling of waking up in the morning and thinking ... 'I did it.' Hope we all stay in touch with each other and get through the weekend. Mother's day here tomorrow....

That's right just keep popping back on here - especially if you feel the urge or are having cravings. Reading and posting can take up hours of time, and by then the craving will have passed.
