Can someone explain how drinktracker works. It's very confusing. What is what? Hi everyone. Today is the start of day 9for me. Goin strong. Today is wednesday, and i've got my usual day off. It's always on wed's that i end up drinkin, so i need encouragement today. I'm home alone, and may get bored. If i do start craving i'll be online in a flash. This is the longest i've been sober in last year I don't want to stuff this up. I'm feelin strong, and so good about my 9AF dayz. Hava great day everyone.
Failure is only failure the moment you give up.
      AF since 04th May 2010
Fell overboard on the 8th July!
My worst mistake was thinking that what i did wasn't that bad.

Hi Diz.. when in the drinktracker you have to log in where it tells you (same login and password as this forum).. then you click on the date tab and select the date (which is USA format of month/day/year) - then select how many units you have had.. (hopefully 0 for this challenge!) - then you can choose to select abstinence (yellow) or moderation (green) or leave it at default which is neither.. Well done on your progress.. 9 days is fantastic! I know you can do this challenge.. x :cheering:

              Mornings, Mornings,

In support of your thread Katie, I'll join you guys in. My next 30 day challenge is starting on Friday as tomorrow is my 60 days AF. So I'll be on board with you guys for the next 30 then!!
              Have a great day :-)
              AF since 15th March 2010

The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

Hiya Johnny! Thank you for coming on board.. grab yer hiking boots and get climbing! it's great that you are in for another 30 - you are one of the more experienced climbers amongst us!
Panno - LOL; yes there are bears who like to pretend they are AL, so you better keep a watch when its your turn :H
Day 3 nearly over for me now.. i'm getting ready to light a camp fire and go to my tent to sleep.. can I ask that those who are in places where its still day-time keep a watch and scare off any bears?! Firstly I am going to toast some marshallows and toast them by the fire..
                  Katie xx

Haha. Love the vibe you guys got going here.

So what to do with those bears? Run away, lie down play dead or confront it? What's the strategy?
