    Morning all,
    Welcome Time - just grab your hiking boots and lets go!
    Day 12 for me today.. I am working and my son is at daycare.. I hope everyone has a fab AF wednesday.. we can tackle these peaks together on the mountain.. i have the rope and harness.. let me know if anyone feels like they are slipping and I will hoist you back up again!

                Nice work team, there are some amazing results here! I'm on day 4 and still hiking along nicely, soooo much eaiser with knowing that I have promised myself to come here everyday and report in.

                I love your post Trucker.......I do feel its about treating myself with respect and wanting something better for myself. THANK YOU!

                  Heya all. Going strong again today. Yesterday was a bit of a challenge again as at the live football clash last night. But managed to stay clear of the bears and wolves and whatever else evil is hiding out there

                  Feeling a lot stronger today though mightily tired and a light headache. But am hiking strongly
                  AF since 15th March 2010

                  The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.
