    Good Morning Hikers! Happy Saturday to you all!!! Its day 21 for me and the summit is now in sight, so I am really focused....putting one foot in front of the other and progressing up that hill..

    Spinning J you are not far behind and you are doing really well........keep going!
    Talula is great to have you here you are amazing I am still in awe of your dry birthday!

      Morning all!
      Day 29 for me today! Looks like everyone is doing really well.. come on troopers lets beat this mountain! We can do it.. everyone has got so many AF days under their belts.. I am so proud of everyone,

          Morning Katie, blinder, Talula and everyone on the Hike! Katie you are nearly there I hope you will be celebrating with cake!!! Blinder the summit is in sight for you and I'm not far behind on day 17. Well done Talula you are doing great and good idea about the shopping. In England you can buy alcohol any time of the day!!!! I'm feeling great at the moment , I'm getting to the gym 5 times a week and have lost weight which is another incentive to stay AF. Talula I had a few sleepless nights too but that seems to have gone now. Not tried Nytol myself if its herbal should be ok tho?? Hope everyone has a wonderful AF weekend. xx

                  Hi Katie, Techi, N.Tonight, Spin, Talula and all hikers! Happy Sunday morning to you all. Day 22 for me and I am proud that I have survived another weekend AF. The more I chalk up the more I want to achieve, I have enjoyed my weekends even more with out AL.

                  Katie really proud of you, I know without even seeing you posting here this morning that you are going to achieve you 30 days. You are a true inspiration.

                  Hope you all have a wonderful & happy day. x

                      Morning all!
                      Yes.. 30 days today! yippee.. not been on here as I have been spending time with my man, whilst my son is with his dad.. i will be picking him up again in just a couple of hours..
                      Had a fantastic day yesterday, me and my partner walked around Sydney city, went to a chinese restaurant then to the Observatory in which we saw some beautiful stars.. and saturn! through a telescope.. thank you all for all your support! I finally made it to the summit.. now on for another 30 days!

                            Hi all hikers, just checking in for day 10, got some gardening done this morning, seems the only thing i can grow is weeds!!! :H:H nothing much else planned, might just catch up on some tv. Have a great AF sunday all and congrats again Katie.

                                Morning all!
                                Day 31 for me today! Onwards and upwards.. seems everyone is doing well..
                                Talulablue - well done on 10 days!
                                Techie - 65 days is fantastic!
                                I am ready for the next 30 days.. there are alot of peaks on this mountain!
                                Working all day today, son is at daycare.. I have the family court this Thursday so I have to remain vigilante and keep strong for that.. keep up the great work everyone!
