      Day 13 AF for me, Just finished work, going out for an AF dinner tonight and it's not bothering me one bit, i'm the driver so that'll be my reason if i get asked why i'm not drinking and i know no-one will think anything of it. :yougo:

        Good Evening fellow Hikers! You all seem to be doing so well it's great!! Hiya timetochangenow hope you are staying strong and feeling ok? Day 21 for me (3 weeks!!!!) and feeling good. Ive been going to the gym a lot and Ive lost a bit of weight too, bonus . This is usually the time I start craving a drink but Im ok at the moment . So onwards and upwards we will get to the top!! xx

              Hey all,

              Day 14, yes Day 14, 2 weeks, half a month, half way (well almost :H) to the summit!Blinder i know how you're feeling it's a little buzz of pure soberness :goodjob: and it's that feeling that's going to get me through another AF weekend, my weekend starts today i'm off work til monday (time owed) got loads planned.

                Good morning everyone.....day 27 WOOT WOOT! and its Friday!!!! I was invited on a pub crawl tonight for a friends birthday, but I have declined the invitation....just to make sure I keep on track and reach my goal of 30 days.

                  Morning all.. sorry had a very busy day yesterday,
                  Day 35 for me today, and my first day of quitting cigs (again..!) - which I am hoping will be for good this time!
                  Everyone is doing brilliantly! keep on keeping on, not long until the summit!

                    Hiya Everyone! Two weeks Talula thats great. Blinder you are nearly there well done for declining invite! Hi Katie good luck with the cigs. Its day 23 for me today . Going for a day out to the beach, (weather not great but not raining!), with the family today as it's the first day of the school holidays! Hope you all have a lovely AF weekend. Keep Climbing!! xx
