    Advice on taking supplements

I have all the supplements now. Are any of them not to be taken with food? Also, I could only find b-100. Will this be too much of the B vitamin complex?:new:

looks like an excellent set of vit's! the niacin may make you feel a little warm and tingly until you get used to it.
you may want to take inositol instead of niacin if you have trouble with it. all are fine at once and with food from my research (I'm not a doctor).
I'd a healthy ammount of magnesium too. it's very lacking in people that have been drinking too much and will help your nerves considerable (in my experience).
        take care.
