FED UP bigtime!!!
Yeah, I can relate to that. I got so bloody fed up that I stopped.
Get a really good nights sleep if you can and hopefully you'll feel a bit better, able to see things in a clearer space and be able to work out some strategies to ease back or stop.

FED UP bigtime!!!
Hi Flip Top,
I have been in a state recently too.. you know we are always here for you! It's hard fighting an addiction.. please take care of yourself - drink lots of water, rest, sleep.. maybe a trip to the doctor would help and a referral to see a drug/alcohol counsellor? I am seeing one who has been fantastic.. it sounds like you need to start from the top and work out why you are drinking, write a list of why you drink and another list as to why you want to stop.. kind of a cost/benefit analysis.. it really helps to work out your triggers and give you some motivation to stop!
Take care, feel free to PM me if you need to,

Hey Flip you don't have to - lets get this poison out of your system and start from there, rest and sleep and lots of water with lemon, hang on in there we can do this together :lLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Flip - There is not one of us here who havent screwed up when it comes to booze so dont be too hard on yourself. The fact you say you dont want to repeat last night is a good thing, there are always levels we get to which finally trigger a switch inside us that says 'NO MORE" . Dont overthink it today though, when we are hungover and down on ourselves its best to let it go until you can think more clearly, everything looks worse with a hangover and tomorrow it will be better. Just be good to yourself today, drink ridiculous amounts of water and stay away from AL.

FED UP bigtime!!!
Hi Flip,
I've been where you are at least a thousand times. I know, its not fun.
I hope you do not have to work or anything. Can you rest most of the day with the tv and relax? Use the way you feel to not let it happen again! Its really not worth it, as I am sure you are realizing now. Its never worth it for any of us.
We like to set little challenges and have fun with it. There are several threads with challenges this month. Join in the fun with us, and let us help each other stay sober this month! We really are your friends are want to help. Just reach out your hand and watch how many people on here grab it.

Ok, this is what you do. Take deep breaths and try to relax. Chill out watching tv or something or just lay in bed trying to be calm.
Tell yourself "I am only feeling this way because I drank too much last night. I made a mistake, but I am going to learn from it. I feel like crap right now, but I will feel better later or by tomorrow." This feeling is not going to last, it is only the alcohol that makes me feel this way.
And also, "I have people who care about my well being on My Way Out. Im going to use them in the future to help me get this under control"
Hope you feel better soon, we really do understand.I LOVE MY SEROTONIN AND BOOZE SCREWS IT UP!!!!!

Flip - Im so sorry your feeling so bad, is there anyone you can call that could come be with you, someone reliable? Its the shittiest feeling in the world, i dont know what to suggest. Are you at home? If so try to relax, take some really deep breaths, listen to some up beat music. Try to focus on something positive and know that tomorrow you will feel much more able to cope with this."In the depths of winter I finally learned there was in me an invincible summer ."
