    My wine o clock is 5pm and I've found if I get a craving that by looking up at the sky and taking a deep breath and visualising giving into the craving and the hideous mess for days that would be the result of giving in has really really helped me.

    It passes in seconds;

      Thanks Mrs Dono... that is really helpful to me, think I will try the same tomorrow... I also want to look a bit sharper because I look a bit like a bashed apple right now ... totally down to AL but still.. got quite a shock when I looked in the mirror the other day...Because I live somewhere hot dehydration is a big problem!!

        I am about 3 weeks AF now. The first week I got some absolutely yummy ice cream and every time I would want the glass of wine, I would have a small dish. After 5 days I didn't need it anymore as a substitute. I still WANTED it, but i was able to stop. But it really helped me. Something sweet helps when the urge hits! Good luck.
