I did not say it was easy - took me 7 years so I should know. Just saying that it's one more incentive to consider. Taking Anti-Ds when drinking you can't expect to see great results - if any.

I'm not criticizing you just stating the obvious because I actually care, and yes I have suffered from depression.

Most important that you embrace the goodness that is reflective of your true identity.

This disorder is deceptive. It is a liar.
Thank the heavens you are amongst friends. I reach out my hand to you in support and concern.

I understand the blend of depression/anxiety alongside the alcoholism.
All forces to recon with.

Their is a force that reasons on a higher level. I find the fight with the bottle vile and a surrounding of ugliness.

Reality is pure and in support of you.
What it is not, is the state the drink puts you in. Believe you are better.
