I expect that if you ask to have your membership cancelled, then you're deleted from the list and your posts are deleted as well. I'm not positive but it seems reasonable to me.

Thanks. mama bear you are quite right about the overwhelming bit. For the last month I've felt as if I've been living 'tight pack' on a junk in Kowloon Harbour. Still, it's very satisfying to be able to help our brothers-in-arms, and that makes up for it.
When I've done my 30 day lag (day 17 now) I plan to take a break and have some R&R.
That won't include any boozing either...I'm done with all of that.
