    Flip, we have no alcohol in the cinema's here. We also cannot buy liquor in any grocery store in BC.

    We finally have privatized liquor stores that is a bit lower in cost than the government run ones, yet it is still expensive. Drinking and smoking can really put you in the poverty zone here quickly!

    They are an expensive habit! Now only if I can kick the ciggies to the curb. I'd be rich! lol....

      You can buy wine in some of the bigger stores Flip. You weren't meant to see them I guess..

      I haven't been to Monteal for countless years but you used to be able to buy al in corner stores 24/7.

      Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

        Do they do nicotine patches over there?
        I smoke myself but when I tried giving up a while back patches helped but I was an idiot and discontinued the course.

        Bought some duty frees and they were half the price compared to the shops.
        47 bucks for 200.

        We pay ?6.50($10.50) est for 20 here
