            No thats not me and no im not lifting those weights he he. I was lifting a steady 60kg like that ;-)

                Way to go Flip.....I too have joined a gym. I did it more for my youngest son.....he's 16 and wanted to stay fit for his High School Wrestling team durning the off season. I got one of them 2 for one memberships......so I have to go myself.....It has motivated me ! "Feeling strong now" Ha! Keep up the good work ! IAD

                    Ha.well there wont be much muscle building if I were to train you. Lots of coffee drinking and chocolate toast would be eaten on my shifts. I am a right lazy cow since I have stopped drinking.

                        My legs are killing me from doing squats. IAD you should try them - best way to become bigger.

                          Sorry Flip....have a bumb left knee....Ha! Any leg lifting would kill me ! ha! I spend most of my time on the stationary bike and then the weights......IAD

                            IAD I use to be a gym freak, just very inconsistent when it comes to exercise. But it shows in my mood when I dont exercise. I am looking at my gym brochure...maybe start early next week.

                            Flip squats are great for lower body!
