RB if I listed everything I take you would all take me for the health fanatic that I am when it comes to helping the body overcome nutritional deficiencies and extreme stress. I'll expand on primrose a bit though. Hormones are processed by the liver therefore pms and stages of menopause are helped due to supporting the liver. Primrose is also important for cardiovascular health because it helps in processing fats in the body.
Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Right who hasnt been working out? This thread has gone down the list lol.
I havent been, motivation has gone at the moment - eating healthier than I was - Think I have become flipping rabbit. Did a chest work out last week and not sure if I should have rushed into it as my chest is still tight a week and 1/2 later.
Af days 5 at the end of today + 3 af day last week - Slipped up at the weekend.Don't Let The Bastards Grind You Down - Eat Them Alive

Me! I have been working out. Did kickboxing class on wednesday and I am STILL aching! I wanted to go again tonight but i think I should wait? Or should i do a gentle run?Be strong-

I've been working out 6 days a week, heading into week 5 of this "program". You guys don't even want to know the kind of schedule my trainer has me on! Tomorrow is my "easy" day, all I have to do is burn 1,200 calories! Piece of cake right?? LOL:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:
