Flippin internet and phone lines down since Tues Eve. Anyway back working now and to update I am now on day 5 AF. In the UK is just tooooooooooooooooooo hot for AL. Need something a lot more refreshing.

Day 5 is fantastic.. there's so many non-AL refreshing drinks to have.. do you like iced tea? or lemon/lime, berry slushies.. yummy!

Been out shopping today and when Hubby and my Sister had good ol AL with their lunch I had iced water. Know what I was not interested just did not want it. Day 6 nearly under my belt
