That was me out for lunch yesterday when the two people I was with had AL.

Weigh in to day and I have lost 5lbs making 8 1/2lbs in 2 weeks. I do think some of that is down to the summer heat here in the UK which is blummin lovely. My on-line diet shows I went over my calories for the week by 300+ and that was probably down to the AL I had last Sunday 4th July - non since then tho.

Gotta.................... NO gonna keep going.

The other day, I was at the beach. I ALWAYS drink wine at the beach. Not this day, I had a huge ice water, and thought... "Gee the Beach is even more beautiful WITHOUT wine!"
