Good morning all,
Just got back from my run, it is hot out! I am starting a detox diet, I tried before but could never really commit because of al, but now I can finally do it. Really just staying away from sugar, red meat, milk, replacing with lots of veggies, soy and fruit. I am supposed to not drink coffee either, but I have to draw the line somewhere, need to atleast have a small cup.
Anyway off to muck stalls soon, have a great AF day everyone!!!
