    Hi everyone
    Didn't think the day would come when I hadn't touched a drop for 30 days.. but here it is.
    I'm really stoked and proud that I could do it. I plan to continue on the road while I get the nicotine under control....

    Thanks to everyone here for your encouragement, wisdom and humour, sure has helped steer over those potholes and sleeping policemen ( not sure what they are called in the US - ramps?, humps?)

    This ol' engine feels so much better in every way.... and finally addressing a problem that has been a problem for a long long time is making my life easier, not harder ( as I originally thought it would)
