Hi! I am new and was wondering if any-one can tell me how to write in the calender? It appears the calender can be used to count your alcohol free days?? Thanks!

Hi natural & :welcome:

At the top of this page, click on "our community". On that page scroll down untill you find "drink tracker". Open that and at the bottom of the page it says "click here to blah blah blah,,,, do that and enter your screenname and password and you will appear in the list. Then you can put numbers in your squares.
