They need 3, sorry was exaggerating.. but actually they don't need anything becuase this is a sultanate and the sultan will take care of everything... need a house, you got it... retire at 55.. sure.. this land is so differnt from ours.. its oil rich, small and everything is tax free and subsidised.. none of the kids want jobs unless it is with the government.. thats why people like me are paid huge amounts to come in and teach English... but with no global knowledge.. who can learn English?? mmm strange.. culture and language are inseperable. However this place is AF and I have never been to a country which has no crime, no drunk driving, no violence

I have a collection of homemade "Get Well" cards that my daughter would make for me every weekend...seems I had the "stomach flu" for years! Glad I don't spend all weekend on the couch anymore while she entertains herself!

Ok K9, that's so sweet and sad at the same time! She must be so happy to have you "back"! Hey moms, let just not do that to them anymore, okay?

ooh yes 'The Hangover' - supposed to be a really good, funny film but the reality for me would be a horror film. The thought of a hangover at the moment is as good a deterrent as antabuse for me actually - ditto everybody who had to deal with young children and hangovers - hell indeed, no laughing matter.

Yes a hangover with kids is kinda like a horror movie!! Excellent description!

Totally agree...we have been blessed to have kids, I have had 4 ( although I have to say I don't feel too blessed at times when they are all teenagers...)

I have to say Mrs D that I have considered the same conspiracy theory, keep the majority of the population in a dulled stupor, also if you consider all the problems that go with drinking i.e relationship issues, financial hardships, emotional troubles it could be to keep us all pre occupied so we don't see the bigger picture. With drinking already an epidemic in many countries & so acceptable as a lifestyle it really makes me wonder. I'm convinced that they also put something highly addictive in wine just to make sure they catch all the poor unsuspecting ones who wouldn't normally have been heavy drinkers....

Mine weren't funny either - far from it. My only point is that there ARE normal drinkers out there who would view the presentation of something in a movie (i.e. a horrible hangover) in a vastly different way than any of us probably would.
