as i seemed to be doing good at moderating!! But have just come back from LA and got involved in what shall I say a mighty session!!!!! No daytime drinking but bingeing at night with my best mate who I havent seen in 8 years!!! Arrived back home today and am craving a drink!!!! Only had a few last night waiting for my flight and a couple of wines on the plane (in the bad old days I would be drinking before / and during the whole longhaul flight and be very fuzzy minded when arriving back at airport!!!!!!) so at least thats something. My mate has got a problem with the booze as well and also cocaine so im trying to get him on this as well to show him he's not alone I told him that i was a problem drinker and he thought the amount I drink was excusable!!!!
Wifes bday today so will no doubt bow down and have a wine tonight but really want to get back to where i was and think im going to find it tough again!!!
