Once again thank you all for your comments.
Went into work this morning and i was not allowed work with stitches in my hand in case they broke,there's risk of infection and mrsa etc.(i work in a nursing home) went to GP in the afternoon and he will not let me return to work till the 24th of the month till stitches are taken out. im day 5 AF and now its whoa! what to do with all this time on my hands. For the moment im just keeping it in today and not thinking of tomorrow. Bless you all for your concern, im visiting an AA friend shortly for an hour or so i will check back in later.(my AA friend will be sick looking at me lol)

Hi Carol,

I'm on day one here again after a big mistake yesterday evening, paying for it dearly today in more ways than one. Keep busy, the evenings are a killer for me..have just set upon clearing out the kitchen cupboards to keep myelf occupied.

Glad to hear you are day 4, keep it up, some of us are going for 100 days on the Thanksgiving thread (100 days to give thanks)
