Morning to Mayday and Pink - nice to have fellow kiwis here!

Quick check in from me at the start of Day 2. Was up early for my 6:15 exercise group. Unfortunately it was pissing down with rain and we train outside and I currently resemble a drowned rat. Cant decide whether to shower ere at work and get warm straight away but looking like a wreck or go to the gym in the interests of being able to dry my hair properly and looking half decent but risking a chill.

think I'll stick opt for health over appearances ..... the latter is a lost cause most of the time anyway :H:H

Today is a good day for me to get that though ........ it will be very busy, and very challenging but should also be lots of fun. I have something particular on - haven't got time to go into details but may come back and tell all tonight!

One of my goals is to stop procrastinating - especially with tasks that I continually put off at work. For me, I use procrastination to avoid unpleasant or what I feel are unrewarding tasks... I need to get better at bringing things to closure rather than stringing them along....

Hi Techie and All,

Well I'll give it a go. Been thinking about a serious mod. plan but perhaps a good month or more of AF will be good. It sure felt great last time I went 6 weeks AF.

Been AF for a bunch of days so far so why not 30 more. It's still Monday 16th just after 5pm out in western Canada.
